MARK S. FERRERO, PRESIDENT

Mark S. Ferrero founded P-Wave, Inc. in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1998. Mr. Ferrero is responsible for P-Wave's strategic direction and for building relationships with P-Wave's clients, partners, vendors, and business advisors. His dedication and team-building skills have propelled P-Wave to its current status as the premier software development and web site design company in southeastern Pennsylvania. Currently, he is leading the launch of Master Blaster, P-Wave's newest product for the Blasting and Mining Industry. Mr. Ferrero is an award-winning entrepreneur who was recognized in 2003 by the Lehigh Valley Business Journal as one of the region's "20 under 40." This award recognizes young leaders who have well-documented business achievement track records.

Previously, Mr. Ferrero was an account representative for YelllowBook.com, a highly respected Yellow Page organization. He was consistently a top performer, finishing in the top 5% of all sales people in the mid-Atlantic region in 1999, and was chosen as sales person of the month in December 1999. Due to Mr. Ferrero sales management skills, Yellow Book selected him to participate in their Leadership Academy and Sales Mentor Program.

Prior to his tenure at Yellow Book, Mr. Ferrero was a member of the Berks County Office of Aging leadership team for nine years, where he directed a $1.2 million in-home services program for physically disabled, mentally alert adults. Mr. Ferrero also served as an ombudsman, facilitating conflict resolution between long-term care facilities and residents' rights advocates.

Mr. Ferrero has a master's degree in health administration from St. Joseph's University and a B.A. degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University. In addition, Mr. Ferrero serves as a Behavioral Specialist for children with behavioral issues at Alternative Consulting Enterprises, Inc. and sits on the advisory board of the Reading Music Foundation's Youth Outreach Program.

CHESTER M. WINTERS, CHAIRMAN & SENIOR ADVISOR

Chester M. Winters has served in a leadership role at P-Wave since 2000. He has helped guide the company in its web development efforts as well as its business relationships. His many years of IT and project management experience enables P-Wave to more effectively develop and launch its Master Blaster product. Mr. Winters has 41 years of business and information technology experience - 18 years in manufacturing and 23 years in financial services. As an accomplished strategic planner, facilitator, and project manager, Mr. Winters was selected in 1997 to lead the 28 major technology infrastructure projects required to complete the First Union-CoreStates merger. Previously Mr. Winters established, and later managed, the operations and security administration functions for several major CoreStates Internet projects.

Mr. Winters also has extensive telecommunications, systems management, network administration, and change/problem management experience and has directed a number of major reengineering and IT restructuring projects. He has managed a wide range of information technology functions, including technology support, advanced technology development, LAN management, computer operations, network operations, technology deployment, technology training, technical helpdesk support, data transmissions, and systems development.

Mr. Winters is a noted expert in the field of information security and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA.) Recently a major financial institution invited Mr. Winters to develop their Internet and e-commerce security policies and guidelines. Mr. Winters is also a Certified Administrative Manager (CAM) and is Certified in Production in Inventory Management (CPIM.) His career also includes senior-level leadership and planning roles with several not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Winters has authored six books and numerous articles on technology, planning, IT auditing, and reengineering. Over the past 20 years, he has spoken at more than 60 seminars and conferences in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Mr. Winters attended the United States Military Academy, The University of Pennsylvania, and Thomas A. Edison College. He holds degrees in management science and accounting, and has completed executive education programs in strategic planning and project management

RYAN WATTS, CREATIVE DIRECTOR/PRODUCER

Ryan Watts is a founding member of the P-Wave team where he brings eight years of web development, design, system administration experience. His knowledge and understanding of web design and navigation allow him to maximize Master Blaster's performance and aesthetic appeal.

Mr. Watts has served as P-Wave's system administrator for development and client hosting infrastructure for four years. His skills enable P-Wave to implement Master Blaster either on a company's own network, or as a hosted solution within P-Wave's world-class co-location facility.

Under Mr. Watts' creative direction, P-Wave produces high-quality client websites featuring innovative multimedia design. Mr. Watts is able to quickly adapt many new and leading-edge technologies, such as QuickTime video, QTVR, Javascript, Flash animation and streaming audio/video in multiple formats, into P-Wave's web design and software development efforts. He also brings 3D modeling and animation skills to the web design team.

Mr. Watts is well-versed in digital nonlinear and linear video-editing systems and excels in video production and videography. In addition, he has significant experience in audio production and recording. This combination of skills allows P-Wave to deliver high impact marketing, training, and E-commerce web sites to client companies.

Previously Mr. Watts performed pre-press and web site development work for GA Communications, an advertising and marketing firm. His design work has been published in the Electronics Boutique and Krups appliance catalogs. Mr. Watts contributed to the design of the Today's Man web site, and was solely responsible for the weekly updates to the Acme Markets and Lucky Stores web sites' content, design and html coding.

Prior to GA Communications, Mr. Watts worked as a consultant and designer for RWZ, a Philadelphia, based engineering/design firm. While working with RWZ, he produced 3D architectural models, animations, and virtual reality worlds for such companies as Aramark, Goldman Sachs, Peter Carlino Development Group, Bently Microsystems, and the Endeavor Group. His 3D renderings have been published in Computer Graphics World and Philadelphia Magazine. Mr. Watts' educational credentials include a specialized associate's degree in digital multimedia from Full Sail in Clearwater, Florida.

FRANK WILDER, PRODUCT TEAM LEADER

Frank Wilder brings 21 years of programming, network and software engineering, and project management experience to P-Wave. Since studying Architecture and Computer Aided Design at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, Mr. Wilder has worked as a software engineer for several Fortune 500 companies such as Whirlpool and Xerox.

Mr. Wilder joined P-Wave's team in 2004 and is currently the lead software engineer for P-Wave's newest software product, Master Blaster, for blast and inventory management.
